EJ works with a diverse clientele spanning climate advocacy initiatives, cutting-edge technology ventures, and progressive spiritual movements, using their deep understanding of visual communication to drive change. They frequently collaborate with clients’ in-house teams and with their own interdisciplinary network of accomplices. Prior to their current roles, EJ honed their craft at IDEO, where they spent five years shaping narratives and fostering empathy for a spectrum of clients, ranging from nonprofit startups to Fortune 50 companies. EJ’s work has appeared in Fast Company, Washington Post, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, and more. They are a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and live in Western Massachusetts.
