Old Business
- Coordinator Contract, Hannah
- Board Retreat report (Hannah) and adoption as mission for 2023. Requesting a vote.
- Finance Report from Donna (emailed on Thursday)
  - Need a new Treasurer (see "Board Positions", below)
- Standing Committees
  - Membership Committee. Hannah
  - Marketing Committee (new). Postcards, Facebook, radio, paper
    - Hire a local graphics artist? Vanessa Query? https://querymedia.com/
    - Postcards, assuming 1000 addresses, would cost approximately $75 + $300 + $50 + printing costs.
  - Website Committee. Redesign / clean up website in advance of Annual Meeting
- Reports on activities and events
  - #DiscoverGreenfield Videos
    - Coordinate with Drew to manage our video postings. New dates
    - Rebecca wanted to shoot tomorrow, May 10, but didn't have enough takers.
  - Upcoming Annual Meeting / 75th Anniversary Celebration. Need a date. June?
- GBA/City monthly meeting (mayor, MJ, Hannah)
New Business
- Transitioning to new Coordinator
  - All done?
  - Laptop is dead. Fix it? Recycle it? Buy a new/used one?
- GBA street address for new checks / office / storage / street presence
  - GCTV offered their street address for free, and a small room for rent. Garry will tour with Hannah and Mik
    - Move file cabinet, storage bins, heart signs, led lights and bags, boxes from LAVA.
  - Greenspace CoWork floating chair membership?
- Board Positions
  - Five open seats in June (not including councillor or town employee) -- thank exiting board members, and Rachel
    - Voting rights?
  - Need a new Treasurer
  - Non-profits?
- Starting up GBA Newsletter. First edition announces annnual meeting / anniversary
- Franklin County Map includes Greenfield (Hannah)
- Board Retreat additional remarks
  - Determine first-year steps and goals, and make a plan / calendar
- Preparing for Annual Meeting in June
  - Create Committee and set meeting date
  - 75th anniversary year, announced in newsletter and postcards
