Invitation to member businesses to participate
The GBA is in the midst of preparing for Jingle Fest, our annual downtown Greenfield holiday celebration, on December 7th. This year, we've teamed up with a few more member businesses to take the event up a notch. One new activity is a contest - "Jingle Fest Punch Card Contest" - to encourage attendees to visit more downtown locations during the festivities. We are opening participation in our contest to GBA member businesses first.
To secure your participation in the "Jingle Fest Punch Card Contest" each business needs to (1) contact the GBA office indicating you want to participate by completing this form, (2) email a digital logo to include in our promotion of the contest, and (3) donate a minimum of $25-50 in goods - merchandise, a service, a gift certificate, etc. - towards the contest prizes. If you have more than one cash register area, then (4) indicate which one register patrons need to go to.
How does the contest work?
The GBA will supply participating businesses with punch cards, an 8x11" sign indicating participation, and a special hole punch to mark the card.
Contestants can get punch cards from any participating business. Upon entering your business the sign will indicate where contestants go to get their card punched. The goal of the contestants is to get a minimum of 6 punches from various businesses in order to enter the contest.
Punched cards must be dropped off at the YMCA by 7:45 PM to enter. The drawing will happen at the YMCA at 8:00 PM SHARP. Contestants must be present to win.
There will be three prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd that will be compiled by the GBA with the donations from participating businesses with 1st prize having the greatest value.
We want a minimum of 12 participating businesses. Registration for participating businesses closes TUESDAY, 12/4 at 5:00 PM. Registration for non-member businesses will be opened Tuesday morning and close at 5:00 PM as well.
