This MassHire team will explore the impact of COVID-19 on Franklin County’s labor market. They will present key unemployment, industry, and demographic data, and will share strategies to help our local employers recover and build toward a prosperous future for people and businesses in our region.

Lead Business Services Representative Penni Menard brings 25 years of private sector expertise to the “Biz Team”, which partners with local employers to customize outreach, hiring and retention strategies.
Through her newly created position, Jen Droesch, has the opportunity to align businesses with ARPA-funded grants, existing training pipelines, and even help develop new training opportunities across the Commonwealth.
Career Services Counselor Dan Rhayne's primary role is in helping job seekers with their employment search, career exploration, and accessing federal workforce training funds. Specializing in labor market information and online learning platforms, he helps people gain understanding of the wealth of workforce development resources and data in order to make more informed career decisions.
