Greenfield Seeks Economic & Community Development Director!

Greenfield is in a crucial moment of growth, and is seeking a new Economic and Community Development Director to help guide the City's progress. The ECD Director will be responsible for supporting, planning, implementing, directing, and advancing an economic development program to promote the growth and development of the City’s economic base, including facilitating job creation, retaining and attracting businesses, and achieving the City’s overall economic development goals and objectives. Greenfield is the gateway to Franklin County and is a vital part of the success of the County as a whole.

The ECD Director works with existing and prospective businesses to facilitate locating in and relocating to Greenfield; promoting the advantages of being a member of Greenfield's business community. The Director is responsible for marketing Greenfield to individual businesses and developers, as well as regional economic development organizations. They will meet with new and existing business representatives, property owners, and other parties interested in support, relocation, or expansion in the City.
