Wilson's Facade Removal Begins Monday 3/30

Announcement Regarding Sidewalk Closure for 2-3 Weeks!

  • The sidewalk on Main Street in front of the building will be closed for 2-3 weeks.
  • THE SIDEWALK WILL REOPEN in 2-3 weeks, once the removal of the building cladding, installation of temporary shoring, and construction of a safety enclosure for the building are complete.
  • A dumpster will be placed in the parking spots in front of the building for 2-3 weeks. It cannot be located against the building due to fire codes.

  • Pedestrians will have to cross Main Street at Davis or Chapman Street during the sidewalk closure (2-3 weeks), to reach the sidewalk in front of Posada, Northwestern Mutual, and Greenfield Games, which will be open and accessible throughout construction.

  • During façade removal (2-3 weeks), crews will construct a semi-permanent building enclosure, to enable sidewalk access during upcoming phases of construction. This enclosure is expected to be in place through September 2026, with the sidewalk open in front of it.
