Every year this session has yielded valuable insights and actionable ideas, and we look forward to gathering community stakeholders once again to brainstorm, share constructive feedback, and have an opportunity to talk directly with the Mayor about issues and opportunities that impact the business community.

It’s the Sweet Sixteenth year for the Greenfield Bee Fest, and this year things will be absolutely BUZZING – with more artsy educational fun, more celebration, more vendors, and even a SPECIAL GUEST musical appearance from MISTER G!

Festivities run from 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, with the fun continuing into Sunday!

Crafts, Music, Bee Bazaar, & Pollinator Parade ~ 9 AM – 11:30 AM on Court Square & Second Congregational Church Lawn

Greenfield Farmers Market ~ 9 AM – 1:30 PM on Court Square

From May to September, the lampposts throughout downtown Greenfield are decorated with the fanciful yellow and white Bees, displaying your business name or personal message for everyone driving and walking around downtown - including during the Franklin County Fair parade.

Cultural District Funds Available

Make cool things happen with dollars from the Cultural District!

Application is open until MAY 22nd @ Noon - and it's quick and easy to submit your project for consideration.

From DJ sets on the street to evening gatherings at Mesa Beach, there are SO many ways to activate downtown. Maybe a Food Truck on Fisk Ave...a dance party at the Skate Park...a living statue at the Farmers Market...whatever you're dreaming up, apply for some funds to make it happen. And consider tagging on to an existing event like Arts Walk or Pride!

Suggested project budget is between $500 - $1000, though the Cultural District Committee welcomes all ideas! AND, the GBA is here to help make things happen. Garden Club Grant

Does your group need help funding a gardening project? Let the Greenfield Garden Club Help Your Project Grow!

The Greenfield Garden Club offers small grants for gardening projects, generally ranging from $50 to $500, to groups and organizations within Franklin County. These grants, for new or existing gardening projects, are intended to help promote a love of, and appreciation for, gardening in the community, especially for those who work with children. Teachers in particular are encouraged to apply, with a focus on gardening, plant science, ecology or a related subject matter.
