• $240 per year: 4-9 FT employees
• $360 per year: 10+ FT employees

• $100 per year: Freelancers/Solopreneurs/Volunteer Run Orgs
• $150 per year: 1-3 FT employees (or Sole Proprietors/Professionals within a GBA Invested business)
• $300 per year: 4-9 FT employees
